This detailed breakdown, along with the history of cheese, will help explain why they pair so well with certain wines and inform your future pairings and accompaniments. You’ll be tasting three artisan English cheeses that you'll be able to find in most gourmet cheese shops: Richard III Wensleydale, Truffle Brie and Colsten Basset Stilton. These are farmhouse artisan versions of the top selling cheeses during the holiday season. They pair excellently with a red wine from Cotes Du Rhone - and the GSM Blend is king. You should be able to find a bottle in most wine shops for a reasonable price.
As well as all that, Morgan will reveal her top champagne suggestions for big celebrations and which white wines will warm you up during the coming months.

Morgan Rock is a professional and certified fromager, with over fourteen years in the industry working with wine and cheese. After gaining a fromager qualification from a specialist Ontario college in 2018, Morgan moved from her hometown of Toronto to London in order to expand her knowledge of cheese. Morgan has worked in boutique wine bars, Selfridges and leading artisan cheesemonger Paxton & Whitfield. Morgan also set up her own business hosting cheese and wine tastings, alongside consulting, for private parties, companies and events.
