Luca CInalli is a freelance expert in hospitality, with over 23 years experience as a bartender, waiter and chef, achieving worldwide recognition as Master Trainer & Bar Consultant. Following international experience in Italy, France and the UK working in Michelin starred restaurants, he settled down in London where he played a key role in shaping the bar industry.
Luca was previously the Head Bartender of Nightjar, Bar Manager of Oriole, and he also worked in Tiki bars and classic cocktail bars, where strategies, personalisation and customisation were at the core of his success. Luca is now a global freelance expert in hospitality, with clients spread across the world.
Raised in Milano, Gabriele Manfredi started his career at the age of fourteen making tea and coffee in a neighbourhood coffee shop during hospitality school. After graduating, he started working in some of Milan's luxury five stars hotels.
Gabriele then decided to move to London to further develop his career and landed at the Landau Restaurant at the Langham Hotel, where, after several months, he joined the award winning Artesian Bar that marked his path into falling in love with the bartending world.
His next venture was the celebrated Nightjar, where he played an important role in its success over four years. Gabriele then helped open Oriole (from the same owners as Nightjar), where he was the creative brain behind it and worked as Head Bartender.
Currently, Gabriele is now consulting across Asia, Europe, Hawaii and Argentina with his business partner and colleague Luca Cinalli. Together they founded hospitality gourmet, a bar consultancy. In 2019, Gabriele became the European ambassador for VII Hills Italian dry gin.
