By
James Cochran from 12:51
Expand your cooking knowledge, improve knife skills and learn cooking techniques.

What you'll learn

In this series of classes teaching you how to cook Michelin style dishes, you will start with simple knife skills and then progress each week making stocks, sauces, purées, gels, foams. Once you have understood these processes, we will progress onto cooking meat and fish. This class will focus on knife skills.

I would recommend each member of my class to invest in a good knife and have a blade sharpener.

We'd love you to join in and participate but you're also welcome to just sit back, relax and watch the fun!
