In this class we are going to explore four cocktails that we have previously made for celebrities and VIP's.
It is a good selection of long and short classic drinks, using different techniques of stirring, shaking and muddling. Before starting, we will go through the tools and ingredients needed and make sure everything is in place to have a good flow to the class.
The class will start with a Mojito using a spiced rum and ginger twist, that same drink we created for Joe Calzaghe. Here we will learn the muddling technique.
The second cocktail will be a shaken English Garden with a Thai coco-chilli twist that we served to Gok Wan.
The third drink we will make a classic Zaza Martini, stirred in a mixing glass, that we poured for Her Majesty the Queen.
Finally, we finish with the super popular Ed Sheeran Espresso Martini with a vanilla-orange twist.
The class with start with a 10 minute open mic to chat and ask questions. As we start making the cocktails all microphones will need to be turned to mute. After we have finished making each cocktail, a new recipe will come up on the screen and we can go off-mute to chat. Let's have fun!
Please note that if you are based in the UK this class is strictly 18+. If you are based outside of the UK, you must be over the minimum age of your country's drinking age. You may be asked to present ID before the class.
