Noemie Favrat

Noemie Favrat started her career over ten years ago after passing her French wine diploma. During her time in Paris, Noemie trained at restaurant Epicure, which holds three Michelin stars.

Noemie then moved to London to further expand her knowledge where she worked with Master Sommelier Joao Pires at the Mandarin Oriental. In 2015, Noemie was a part of the (re)opening of the Lanesborough Hotel where they gained one Michelin star through passionate and dedicated team work.

Noemie then moved to St James's Hotel and Club for a new challenge where she built an extensive 1000 (mini) bins wine-list with Head Sommelier Gonzalo Rodriguez Diaz.

More recently, Noemie has worked as Assistant Head Sommelier at the Dorchester Collection and is currently working at Le Gavroche, which holds two Michelin stars.

On top of Noemie’s French Wine Diploma, she is a Certified Sommelier (studying for the Advanced at CMS) and holds a Level 3 WSET. Noemie has been the second runner up in both 2018 and 2019 for the Best UK Sommelier Villa Sandi Award.
