Originally from North Somerset, Kieran's passion is all things local and creating tasty plates from locally-sourced and seasonal produce has given him the chance to become a popular Head Chef in the South West.
Kieran has worked with Michael Caines at the Royal Marriot Hotel and was appointed as Head Chef of Marco Pierre White’s Steakhouse & Grill. He has achieved accolades throughout his career such as the 1AA Rosette, the“Taste of the West” Bronze award and receiving mentions in both the Michelin Guide and Good Food Guide. More recently, Kieran’s main passions are working as a Head chef in a private school and also passing on his knowledge of food through bespoke cookery classes at a prominent South West cookery school.
