Ben Watts has worked in London's bustling cocktail scene for several years, both as bartender and management. He is currently behind the bar at The Zetter Townhouse in Marylebone, where the team has developed inventive cocktail menus using methods and techniques at the forefront of modern bartending. Ben has worked also in collaboration with the likes of Matt Whiley, Rich Woods and Tony Conigliaro.
He holds a Level 2 Distinction in WSET Spirits (100%) and Wines (94%), as well as a BA (1:1) in English Literature and Linguistics from Queen Mary, University of London.
